I really like your clothes, but am afraid to order more as the delivery of my last package was not good at all in Valencia Spain.. DHL did not advise me and the package was almost sent back to Germany if I hadn’t asked to your firm for information.
Then to get the package, I had to drive 16 km out of Valencia!!
Also the service of DHL was not nice and the personal very unfriendly.
I know this has nothing to do with your clothes but it still has a connection of course...

I really like your clothes and your customer service was very good but i found extremely difficult (and expensive) to return one product from Spain ... Maybe if you assume the responsability of the pick up and discount it costs from the refund money would be a solution...

I really love the colour and texture, but unfortunately the knit is too short like a lot of designs from TwoThirds. If I take a size up, it is way too wide and not really longer.

Quick delivery, beautiful products. A mens T-Shirt which stays really new even after washing and keeps it’s shape. And a woman’s sweater which is really comfortable and looks fashionable. Although the quality of the knitting was a bit off at some parts pf the sweater, bit I could fix it myself. Still loving the products!

I am very pleased with the quality of the garment I ordered. The delivery was a bit long but I knew from the start and I didn't mind since it was to reduce CO2 footprint.

Goods not delivered
I ordered goods from TwoThirds in September. Because it was a preorder, the goods were not due to be sent until November. I waited for the whole month, then contacted TwoThirds. After some delay, I was told that my package had been returned to the warehouse as delivery had not been possible. Despite working from home, so I am in the house almost every day, I received no contact from the delivery company to try to deliver my package and no contact from TwoThirds that my package had been returned to them undelivered until I chased it up. Now that I have chased it, only one of my products is still available as the other is now sold out, so I have been offered a refund. I am extremely disappointed as I believe strongly in the principles behind this brand but cannot say I recommend them after this experience.
